Development road map
Development is a big part of what we do at Getme, providing software that quickly adapts to an ever changing environment is essential. The following is a list of some of our current and planned near future developments.
- Air : Targetted marketing of customers via email
- Currently being trialled with a number of early adopter clients, is Getme's Email marketing module for the Air framework, which will shortly be released.
The module consists of a set of powerful and highly configurable email management tools that enable clients to interact with their customers via email using targeted content. As an emerging technology the possibilities are huge, however, here are number of examples currently being trialed;
Send customers product information and offers based on,
- purchase history, what they brought, how much they spend, when they buy
- their wish lists, common searches, frequently viewed items
- the current and forecast weather conditions
A full set of reports showing customer activity and goal conversion rates is also available as part of the package.
Planned release date: 1st February 2009 - Air : User preferences
- In response to feedback from customers we are looking to implement user preferences for administrators that help them to personalise their administration experience.
Setting your automatic logout time, choosing a skin for the administration area, and setting a landing page are all planned features.
We are also looking to use the system to allow our clients to trial new RIA technology before we release it.
